The firm was founded and is led by our Managing Director, Mr. Donald Msiza whose knowledge and experience span across various areas of law including but not limited to commercial litigation, dispute resolution, compliance, labour law and drafting, vetting and reviewing different sets of commercial agreements.
He has extensive experience in providing advice and assisting clients in collection matters, resolution of disputes, understanding of commercial agreements within different sectors.
Donald obtained his LL.B degree at the University of South Africa and a certificate in Drafting of Contracts from LEAD.
